Get health priorities
We flag what matters — anemia, kidney stress, immune activation — with specific food and supplement protocols backed by PubMed research.
Each recommendation cites peer-reviewed veterinary studies.
Iron & B12 protocol: chicken liver + vitamin C...
Anti-inflammatory support: omega-3, turmeric...
Track biological age
10 longevity markers from a peer-reviewed study of 829 dogs. See how your dog is aging on the inside — and what's pulling them younger or older.
Based on Herzig et al. (2024), GeroScience.

Why I'm doing this
Ned is 9.5 and has been with me since he was 8 weeks old — through seven cities and a lot of life. He's the best friend I've ever had. I want to understand what's going on inside him, figure out how to keep him happy and performing at his best, and make the most of our time together.
I happen to run a genomics company in personalized nutrition, so I have some tools. But mostly this is about a guy and his dog, figuring it out together.
Veterinary research.
Applied to your dog.
We built an AI that reads veterinary bloodwork and cross-references it against peer-reviewed research — the same studies your vet reads, translated into protocols you can act on.
Every recommendation cites its source. Every source links to PubMed. No brand partnerships. No sponsored studies. Just science.
Biological Age Algorithm
829 dogs tracked over 12 years
10 blood markers that predict mortality risk better than chronological age alone. Hazard ratio of 1.75 per year of biological age deviation.
Herzig et al., GeroScience (2024) · PMID 39349737
NrF2 Antioxidant Pathway
Master regulator of cellular defense
Sulforaphane from broccoli sprouts is the most potent known dietary activator. Upregulates glutathione, the body's primary antioxidant — in dogs and humans.
Houghton et al., Oxid Med Cell Longev (2016) · PMID 26881038
Omega-3 & Kidney Function
Renal insufficiency intervention
Chronic omega-3 supplementation slowed progression of kidney disease in dogs. One of the few interventions shown to protect canine renal function.
Brown et al., J Lab Clin Med (1998) · PMID 9605110
SDMA Early Detection
Kidney biomarker validation
Symmetric dimethylarginine detects kidney decline months to years before creatinine — the standard marker — shows any change.
Nabity et al., J Vet Intern Med (2015) · PMID 26079532
Iron Bioavailability
Heme iron in canine anemia
Organ meats provide heme iron far more bioavailable than plant sources. Combined with vitamin C, absorption increases significantly.
