I'm the founder of Gene Food, a genomics company in personalized nutrition. For almost 10 years, I've worked at the intersection of genetics, biomarkers, and nutrient pathways — helping people understand what makes their biology unique and how to optimize for it.
It was fascinating to discover that some of the same pathways we target in human longevity — NrF2, mTOR, oxidative stress — apply directly to dogs. The science translates. But nobody was putting it together for a specific dog, with real data, and real accountability.

He's healthy by every visible measure, but I wanted to go deeper. I wanted to actually know what was happening inside.
